An ICT (Information and Communication Technology) department is a crucial component of Institute of Public Administration (IPA), responsible for managing the technological infrastructure and systems necessary for efficient operation.

He is responsible for managing the Institute of Public administration computer systems, including servers, desktops. He install and configure operating systems and software, manage user accounts and permissions, and provide technical support to end-users.

Mr. Hassan Abdillah Bakar
Software Developer
He is responsible to design, develop, and maintain custom software applications tailored to the Institute of Public administration needs. He also integrate third-party software solutions to streamline business processes and enhance productivity.
